Jacqueline N. Parke is an accomplished author, founder, and CEO of Sweet G. Communications and Parke Podcast Academy. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, business development, and communications, she has excelled across the legal, sports, and entertainment industries, including work with a top-tier law firm.

At Sweet G. Communications, Jacqueline served as the founder and executive producer of HWTP Sports Talk with David Weinstein, featuring five-time Super Bowl champion Pepper Johnson, a podcast that explored social issues through a sports lens. She also produced The Luke Show, hosted by music pioneer and film producer Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell. Jacqueline developed several proof-of-concept podcasts for Warner Bros. Discovery’s One-Fifty brand and produced internal podcasts for an internationally recognized law firm and the legal trade publication Lawdragon.

Jacqueline is the author of The Podcast Handbook: Create It, Market It, Make It Great, an academic guide to podcasting. She is a senior instructor at Mercy University (Dobbs Ferry, NY), where she teaches Podcasting: Creation and Strategy, a course she designed to empower students with skills in media creation and strategy.

Her thought leadership is showcased through appearances on the New Books Network, the Mercy University Alumni Spotlight, and Syracuse University’s ConnectEd talk series. Additionally, her presentation, Elevating Legal Practice Through Podcasting, delivered at the esteemed Practising Law Institute (PLI), reflects her expertise in integrating podcasting into professional industries.

Jacqueline was raised in New City, New York. Sweet G. Communications is named in honor of her mother, Gloria Parke (1940–2005), affectionately nicknamed “Sweet G” by her father, Keith Parke (1936–2017), a former CBS senior technician.

With a passion for storytelling, strategy, and education, Jacqueline continues to lead the podcasting industry, inspiring others to use this powerful medium to share their voices and ideas.

Jacqueline N. Parke teaches Podcasting: Creation and Strategy (COMM 242) and Advanced Seminar in Paralegal Studies (PARA 410) at Mercy University. 

In Podcasting: Creation and Strategy, she guides students through the fundamentals of podcast production and strategy, blending storytelling with technical skills to create compelling audio content.  In Advanced Seminar in Paralegal Studies, she fosters analytical research and writing skills, preparing students for advanced roles in the legal field. 

Jacqueline’s teaching emphasizes practical application and critical thinking, equipping students with the tools to excel in both media and legal professions.
