I have worked in Connecticut’s Birth to Three program since 2010 and I am a certified Developmental Specialist. I have experience working in elementary school special education classrooms and has worked as an adjunct professor at numerous colleges over the past decade.
I have worked for Mercy University for the last 15 years teaching online classes that focus on child development and exceptional children. This combines both my passions of working with children and teaching. I currently am an Adjunct who teaches online for the Psychology department.
I work at many Colleges and Universities in the area and currently teach at The University of Connecticut, Mercy College, and Norwalk Community College and SUNY Buffalo. I teach a variety of psychology and child development courses.
In addition to teaching and working in the Birth to 3 programs, I work with children of all ages on the spectrum. She focuses on behavior, life skills, and social skills and has trained many therapists during my time working with children with Autism.
