I have been teaching at Mercy College since 2021 and have been in the field of higher education for several years. Currently, I serve as an Adjunct Instructor of Psychology, where I am passionate about engaging students in the study of human behavior and mental processes. Prior to my current role, I worked as a Teaching Assistant for Human Development, which deepened my commitment to student learning and academic support.
Beyond my work in psychology, I am currently completing prerequisites for an accelerated nursing program, with plans to earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatric Nursing. My interdisciplinary background allows me to bring a unique perspective to my teaching, emphasizing both psychological theory and its practical applications in healthcare and mental health settings.
I have taught a variety of psychology courses, with a focus on introducing students to foundational concepts, human development across the lifespan, and the impact of social influences on behavior.
