Peter Samberg has been teaching at Mercy since 2023. I am an attorney who has handled litigation and trial of pharmaceutical and medical device products liability cases nationwide for over 30 years from both defense and plaintiff sides. in addition, i teach lawyers trial and deposition skills at the national institutor for trial advocacy (NITA) and I teach law students trial skills at the Cardozo law school intensive trial advocacy program (ITAP).
I now also teach a trial skills class at Mercy University. I enjoy walking my dog along the campus grounds.
