Dr. Sylvie Rosenbloom has been a School of Nursing core faculty member at Mercy University since 2022. She is currently an Associate Professor and the Director of the Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She has been in academia since 2015. She teaches in the graduate nursing family nurse practitioner program and her pedagogical interests are inter-professional education, primary care and pharmacology. Dr. Rosenbloom is also a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She is currently employed as a nurse practitioner at Stamford Health Medical Group. She has extensive clinical experience in the areas of emergency medicine, primary care, cardiology and diabetes. Dr. Rosenbloom is a board member of the Nurse Practitioners of New York and the Editorial Chair in Advanced Nursing Practice for Doody Publishing.
