Once this form is received, the Director of Title IX & Equity Compliance will contact you to discuss supportive measures and next steps. You may also file this report anonymously.

Confidential Resources

On- Campus

  • Counseling Services
    Our Counselors provide brief treatment lasting up to 8 sessions per semester. In-person sessions are available between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM on all three campuses by appointment. All services are free, confidential, and provided by licensed therapists for students currently registered in classes.   • Health Office
    The Health and Wellness Center is a safe, confidential place where students can receive limited primary care services including evaluation and treatment for common minor injuries and illnesses, preventive care, health education and referrals to local specialists or hospitals as needed. The office is staffed by Family Nurse Practitioner's and Registered Nurses. To make an appointment at the Health Office, call (914) 674-7255 to speak with one of our providers.


     

Off Campus

  • SAAVE
    Recognizing the physical and mental trauma endured by victims of sexual assault Westchester Medical Center, the flagship of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), is offering crisis intervention and advocacy services through SAAVE (Sexual Assault, Abuse and Victim's Empowerment), a 24-hour support program for Westchester County residents. SAAVE offers comprehensive assistance for victims, and their significant others, who have been affected by sexual assault and misconduct. SAAVE, which includes a toll-free hotline - (833) 220-2444 - and services in both English and Spanish, is certified by the New York State Department of Health.

The Mercy University CARE Team (Concern, Assessment, Response, Evaluation) is committed to enhancing the college experience through a proactive, collaborative, and thoughtful approach to the identification, assessment, and early intervention of troublesome or concerning behaviors that impact the University community. The Team does not serve as a crisis response unit, nor does it replace faculty classroom management, and/or the Safety and Security Office’s response to an incident.
